Helpful book for general knowledge of non-surgical treatments, April 24, 2007 What a great book! I've been wanting to get rid of the wrinkles and fine lines on my face but I do not want to have surgery. A friend of mine gave me this book to read and now I have a better understanding of my options and I know the right questions to ask my doctor. Don't Even Think About Going Under The Knife Until You Read This

Everyone wants to look like they did when they were young. I always assumed that the only way to achieve it was some painful medical procedure (visions of the skin on my face being pulled back and stapled behind my ears). Then I read Forget the Knife. You will be amazed at all of the effective non-invasive cosmetic procedures that are available. Dr. Covey hit this topic out of the park. If you're thinking about cometic surgery, read this amazing and well written book first.
